If you have only one image you can send it via email or upload to our server. (See Upload FAQ). Multiple images can be uploaded to our server or sent via CD.

Photos will need to be scanned and sent as images, or if you require us to scan them, then send to us via registered post in a secure package.

What image formats do you support?

Currently we support all image formats, though if you are uploading, our server will only support jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff at the moment. If your format is different we may be able to allow it on the server. Just inform us what format image you have when you apply to upload.

How do I send you my Video tapes?

Please send Video Tapes via registered Post in secure packaging.

How will I receive my completed Order?

All orders will be returned via registered post in secure packaging. We will notify you via email when it has been sent along with the registration number. If you have sent tapes/photos to us they will be sent separately via registered post. For small jobs we will also be able to put images on the server for you to download, as well as receiving hard copy if required.

How do I upload files to your server?

You will need to email us and request upload access on our server. Once we have activated your account full details will be sent to you.

How Do I Scan My photo?

For quality prints scan photos at a minimum of 300 DPI and if possible 600 DPI in "True Colour" for both colour and Black and White photos. Please ensure you give the scanned image a name that will describe its contents. The acceptable file types are JPEG, TIFF, BMP, and PSD.

Can you use negatives?

Yes! We can scan your negative or other transparency and do all the necessary work the same way we would a print.

Why should I copy my photos to CD or DVD?

All photographic prints, slides and negatives will deteriorate with age. Digital copies archived to CD or DVD will not. Photographs stored on CD or DVD can easily be viewed as a slide show on your computer or TV and are easily copied for family members and friends.

Photo Book FAQs

• Minor colour and sharpness correction are included if necessary

• Simple cropping available if required, at no extra charge

• Removal of additional items/people from photo is available for a small fee

• PDF File will be available for approval before printing

• Photos need to be supplied on CD or additional scanning charges will apply

• Photos will need to be provided in the order they are to appear in the book, and each page will have up to 3 photos (except for the A5 and A6 size, which may only have one or two)

• Text is available on all pages for Titles, descriptions, names, dates etc

• If you require text, please provide a separate file with the text you require, and what photo the text is to go with. Text will be copied and pasted into the book, so ensure it is accurate before sending to us

• An image for the cover is optional, so please include one if you prefer. The space provided on the covers is 9.3 x 6.2cm, but we can crop/resize if necessary

• Include any special requests, such as photos you would like to see full page or a series of smaller photos on a single page

• Pages and text are available in a variety of colours. Please specify what colours you would like for your pages and text, or white pages with black text will be used. Please also specifcy if you want a plain or fancy font
